I placed my order, where is my box?

Exotic Zombie is a small 2 person business.  As the store page states, it can about 2 weeks for us to custom hand craft your box to order.  You will receive an automated email from paypal with the tracking information as soon as your box is ready.

I broke the catchplate! What do I do?

Don't throw out the wooden handle!  Contact us for a replacement price.  You can ship the handle back to us for glass replacement or remove and keep the screen, blow out the box and ship it back to us for a replacement with exact fit.  Price is determined by shipping charges and size.  Since each box is custom made, your handle is unique to your box.  It is difficult to match up and entirely new handle.  Contact us for your options.

What shipping method do you use?

We use USPS priority mail which guarantees 2-3 day delivery.  If you prefer another method, please contact us and we can determine any variation in cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Our site is not currently set up to handle international orders.  Since we use USPS priority mail, shipping is much more costly overseas.  We are currently trying to find a cheaper way to accommodate our international customers.  If you have any suggestions please contact us.

Can you put a (xx) on the lid?

We can usually meet your needs with regards to customization.  Please keep in mind that any small details are difficult with a sand blaster.  Text or line drawings turn out best.
