We use 3 different kinds of wood: red oak, black walnut and African mahogany

WOOD SELECTION
Mahogany is often referred to as 'the finest cabinet wood in the world.' It is a very strong
wood used for making a variety of household furnishings, and its vibrant reddish-brown
color is complimentary to any room in which it might be kept.
Red Oak wood is hard and very tough. It can withstand quite a beating. Aside from
durability, red oak sands down very smooth and has a robust grain pattern. This wood is
naturally white to light brown, often with a tinge of red.
Walnut is a dark hardwood tree that grows in the Northern Hemisphere. Walnut has
one of the most pleasing grain textures out of all our wood options. Coloring
varies between light brown to a dark chocolate brown, occasionally with a
purplish cast and darker streaks.
4" x 7" boxes are the smallest Exotic Zombie makes. While they don't quite fit in your pocket, they are the easiest to handle.
7" x 7" boxes are just the right size to fit on your shelf and hold about an ounce.
7" x 10" boxes are the smallest size with two locks, just about the size of a large hardback book. These can hold almost two ounces.
10" x 10" boxes are meant for some quantity. Can easily hold a QP while still being manageable.
13" x 13" boxes are the big guns. When you are dealing with large quantities of plants. These are a bit harder to shake, but are perfect for working over or storing. We've heard of them being shaken with a foot massager!

Since we are a small company (husband & wife team), we do not have a large inventory on hand. Each box is hand-crafted to order. You can expect your order to ship within 2 weeks of delivery. Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders. Email us if you have concerns about delivery time.
If you have a rebate code you would like to use, please enter the code in the additional notes box on the order page. We will give you a rebate upon completion of your order. We would like to make this a coupon code, but Paypal does not currently allow coupons/discounts so we had to bypass them.
